PROCESSING TIME

After you have placed your order, it will take approximately 2-5 business days to prepare your order. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Thank you for your patience!

SHIPPING & PACKING
All prints are printed in, and shipped from Portugal. Frame is not included. Your art is shipped to you safely in a cardboard tube. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at checkout by credit card Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

PRICES & CURRENCY 
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) including VAT.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Although rare, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You can exchange or return your order up to 14 days after receiving the item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Before you do any return or exchanges, please contact hi@2lines1face.com.

SECRECY, SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA
I will not disclose your personal information to a third part. Your personal information is only used to deliver your order. I use full 3-D Secure encryption through my payment providers Stripe and PayPal.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
Packages that have not been collected at your pickup point within 7 days, will automatically be returned to me. If this happens, you will be charged a fee of 25€ to 50€ (depending of country) for costs attributable to the administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

GUARANTEE
I can not guarantee smaller abnormalities when it comes to the products, such as shape, color, print and smaller changes. The colors on your screen can not guarantee the exact same color as in reality. Inspiration images doesn’t always show the painting in real size and color.
